In the ITFin system, there is a Workflows functionality created for configuring specific processes like onboarding, offboarding, or employee training. This section can be found under Company > Workflows.

How to use it?

To get started, you need to click on +Add new and specify the name and description of the future process.

After that, you can go into the process and add the stages that employees will go through. These can be text or forms.

The text stage can include various links, attachments, photos, and general descriptions.

In the form format, you can collect specific information from employees, conduct surveys, or create checklists with tasks to be completed during this stage.

After creating the process, it should be published, at which point it will be saved as version 1 and will become available for assignment to employees.

In the assignment, you can specify the employee and the deadline set for completing this survey.

On the assignments tab, you can track the employee’s progress through the process and view the results from the added forms.

If you need to make changes to a process after it has been published, simply add the necessary changes and republish the process. The system will assign it version 2, and this version will be used for future assignments. Meanwhile, employees who were assigned version 1 will continue to see it unchanged.
