A complete list of all employee leave types — paid, unpaid, sick leave, etc.

This is a universal tool for submitting any type of absence request. It allows employees to conveniently select dates and instantly send a request for approval to the responsible parties. The tool provides a single, unified interface for creating requests for all available time off types.

In the leave request widget, employees will see in the dropdown list only those time off types that are allowed according to the policy currently assigned to them.

• Sickness

This type of absence is related to health conditions or medical reasons. It records the period of incapacity in the system to ensure accurate resource tracking and allows the company to automatically reflect these changes in financial reports and payroll calculations.
•  Vacation

This is a planned period of paid time off. It follows a clearly defined accrual policy (for example, 20 days per year) and is typically requested in advance for manager approval and project planning. Accruals and remaining balances are calculated automatically according to the policy settings.

• Unpaid Leave Request

This is an unpaid absence (“at own expense”). It is not limited by an accrued day balance but still requires approval from the responsible parties. It is typically used for personal matters or extended breaks when paid time-off limits have been exhausted.

• Paid Leave Request

This is a flexible tool for short-term absences. It is often used for personal needs or as compensation for overtime. It follows a simplified approval process and helps preserve the main annual vacation limit.

This is a tool for automatic calculation and forecasting of available time off. It displays a monthly breakdown of accrued and used days and amounts, and provides access to balance change history, manual balance adjustments, and related actions.

It helps both employees and managers accurately plan absences while avoiding calculation errors.
