Bonuses in the system can be added in several ways. The first is by adding them directly in the payroll, usually done by the accountant or financial specialist when processing salary payments.

In the payroll, while reviewing the payment details, you can select the option +Add a bonus/compensation.

Next, you need to enter the details, the bonus amount, and then save it.

Bonuses are not always assigned by the accountant. Project managers, for example, may also handle this. These specialists do not have access to the entire company’s payroll but can be granted access to financial information for their specific team.

To enable this, specific access rights need to be added. This way, when the manager views a specific team under the Teams section, they will see a Payroll tab. This allows them to view the payroll for their team members and add bonuses.

In the employee’s profile, you can also set up regular bonus payments for a specific period. These bonuses can be of various types, such as a percentage of a project, an invoice, and more.
