This section serves as a directory that stores detailed information for each employee, including education, qualifications, the basis for collaboration, English proficiency, and even t-shirt size.

To view an employee’s profile, the user needs to click on the employee’s name in the general list of the section. All personal information is displayed in the center of the page.

Editing the Profile
To edit personal data, click on the Edit button.

Change Photo
On the left side of the page, there is a photo of the employee. To add or change the photo, click the Upload New Photo button located below the photo.

Change Password
Under the employee’s photo, there is a Change Password button. To change the password, click the button, and a window will open for entering a new password.

Reset Password:

New password – a field to enter the new password.

Send notification to user – option to send a notification to the user about the password change.
 • CHANGE – button to confirm the password reset.

The system can support two authentication methods simultaneously, such as via a Google account and through a login and password. In this case, the primary authentication will be through the Google account. However, the password for logging in can be created directly in the profile using the Change Password option, allowing future logins using the login and password method.
