In the employee’s profile, there are blocks displaying assigned surveys that are either newly launched or already completed. Each of these can be accessed to review their responses.

The Performance Appraisals block shows the history of meetings held with the employee regarding work performance. In this window, both completed and scheduled future meetings are listed. The HR manager can add a new meeting directly from there.
