In this section of the system, you can schedule and analyze 1:1 meetings with employees.
Scheduling 1:1 Meetings
To schedule a new meeting, click +Add new and fill in the meeting details:

During the meeting, the manager accesses the details of the 1:1 with the employee, where they can fill out the discussion plan that was added.

At the end of the meeting, the manager changes its status to Done and can choose whether to schedule a follow-up meeting. To fill out the form and mark the meeting as Done, the manager only needs permission to view 1:1 meetings. If the manager also needs to create new meetings, editing rights must be granted.
1:1 Meeting Report
The system provides a report that allows you to analyze who conducts 1:1 meetings with whom and how often.

In the report, you can modify the grouping to view analytics by employee, project, or manager.

The average time interval between 1:1 meetings with employees is calculated as the sum of the number of days between each 1:1 divided by (the total number of 1:1 meetings with that employee — 1).
