To report hours, you need to select a day and click the Log time+ button.

Different time zones themselves do not affect manual time logging in the system. When an employee logs time manually, the system records exactly the date and the number of hours that the user selects in the logging window. In other words, the key factor is not the employee’s physical location or the time difference between countries, but the specific date that the user intentionally chooses when creating the entry.

Additionally, when an employee has agreements for paid hours on a project, the time reporting window will show unpaid time (by the client) after selecting the project. This allows logging time that will not be invoiced to the client.

Here is a description of the fields in the time reporting window:

Field
Description
Date*
The date for which the time is being reported
Project*
The name of the project on which the time is reported
Task*
The task being performed
Duration*
The number of hours worked
What are you working on?*
A text field where you need to specify what exactly was worked on
To enter the Duration* field, use the format 0d 0h 0m (days, hours, minutes). If you simply enter a number, the system will interpret it as hours.
The Task* field in the time reporting window only appears if tasks have been enabled and created for the project and assigned to the employee.
