For additional payroll control, the system includes the option to mark the verification status of the salary. To do this, click on the question mark in the ✅ column and either confirm the payment or choose not to, while also adding a comment if necessary.
If any adjustments are made to an employee’s payroll after verification, such as reporting additional hours, the system will display a ⚠️ icon when the payroll is recalculated. Hovering over the icon will reveal what specific changes were made.
On the Payout tab, salary payments are monitored according to the payment method specified in the employee’s profile.
To set up available payment methods for the company, go to Company > Settings > Payment Methods.

If two payment methods are added to an employee’s profile, there will be two entries for that employee in the Payout tab.
After the payment is made, the accountant clicks Paid. There is also an option to upload the invoice for the individual entrepreneur or employee if document generation was selected for the specified payment method.
