The app allows synchronizing ITFin with a Telegram bot, providing employees with the ability to:
• Report working hours
• View their own time tracking
• Report income or expenses on an account (if accounts are assigned to the user)
• Receive notifications about various requests in the system that require approval
To use the app, appropriate user roles need to be granted permissions for time tracking (telegram_track_time) and expense reporting (telegram_manage_budget).
An employee can report expenses only to the account where they are assigned as responsible, and only if they also have the following additional scopes:
• accounting_view_accounts
• accounting_see_assigned_accounts or accounting_see_all_accounts
A detailed installation guide is provided during the installation process.
After the app is installed, a button will appear in your system to access the created Telegram bot, allowing employees to start using it.

Requests for approval can be either approved or rejected directly in the bot, or you can follow the link in the message to open ITFin and use the system directly.
