• Source – The system with which integration takes place. Within one source (account), integration for several projects can be configured. For example, one Jira Workspace is added as one Source, and integration is set up for 100 projects in ITFin based on the 100 Jira Workspace projects. At the same time, employee association and time synchronization occur at the Source level.

• Integration – A configured data exchange between the External Project (in the Source) and a Project in ITFin.

• API key – A unique identifier generated in the tracking system that is used to set up integration within the source.

• Tracking System – A system used for logging employee hours and integrated with ITFin.
