Test Approval Chain
This field allows you to select an employee to test the approval chain configuration. The system will show which colleagues will be approvers for the selected employee

For each type of request, it is possible to configure the approval process step-by-step (with the option to create multiple steps). You can select a specific person or a role related to that person (e.g., Line Manager).

Account Manager(s): Managers assigned to clients on projects where the employee is involved.

Project Manager(s): Project managers from the projects in which the employee is participating.

Line Manager, HR Manager, Resource Manager, Accountant: Individuals specified in the employee’s profile.

Team Leader: The leader of the team according to the organizational structure.

Department Head: The head of the department to which the team belongs, according to the organizational structure.

Department Director: The manager one level higher than the department head, according to the organizational structure.

If the All option is selected, the request must first be approved by all the specified individuals, and only after their approval will the employees listed in the next step be able to approve it.

If the Any option is selected, it will be sufficient for just one person from the specified list to approve the request in order for the people in the next step to be able to approve it.
