HR settings
This is the responsibility of HR managers. Here, you can add reasons for voluntary or involuntary dismissal. By default, the system does not provide predefined reasons but allows you to enter them manually.
However, in these settings, you can add reasons so that during the dismissal process, they can be selected from a dropdown list.
Additionally, you can configure other reasons, such as for leave, sick days, and more. You can also select forms for onboarding and exit interviews before the end of cooperation.
Access to these settings is enabled via the employees_hr_settings scope.
