Description of the functional

This section is designed for project management, covering project creation, planning, profitability tracking, and closure. Users can add new projects, define project phases, monitor time reporting, and assign responsible employees. The system enables resource planning, tracks client payments, and allows the scheduling of payment calendars. Additionally, it provides reporting on time tracking and client payment for hours worked, among other features.

What task does it solve?

The Projects section in the ITFin system ensures structured project management, promoting efficient task planning and execution. A key aspect is resource control, which includes monitoring the use of human and financial resources to optimize allocation. The system also allows for regular updates on project and task statuses, ensuring timely work completion. Furthermore, reporting and analyzing project outcomes help improve productivity and quality in future projects.

If you click on the ★ icon, the project will appear in the Favorite Projects list on the Projects tab in the main ITFin menu.

You can edit or delete a project using the corresponding icons.

Creating a new project

A new project can be created in the Projects or Clients sections. However, if it’s a project for a new client, you must first create a client profile, and then add the project.
