This report provides detailed information on tracking logged hours for a specific period, categorized by employee or project. It can serve as an attachment to the client's invoice, providing justification for the reported hours on the project.

Interface overview 

By default, the system displays a blank page and prompts a notification requesting parameters to generate the report: Start by selecting an employee or a project.

Once the user specifies the parameters, the system will generate the report. The report includes a detailed description of all tasks performed on each reporting date.

The report can be generated either as a summary of total hours or with a breakdown of internal hours. To view internal hours, the user must activate the Show internal hours option on the right side of the report.

If the selected period includes sick leave or vacation days, these can also be included in the report. To do so, the user must activate the Show vacations & sickness option.

If the user generates a report for an employee, the report will include the following fields:

The employee filter also displays resigned users up to 6 months ago. This feature is intended for cases where you need to generate an invoice or other reports based on tracking data from previous periods.

If the user generates a report for the project, the report will look like this:

To send tracking data to the client as confirmation of work on the project, you can export the report in PDF or CSV format and attach it to the invoice for the client.

The report includes comments for each task. The system provides the ability to edit the text of the comments before sending it to the client. To do this, navigate to the project, go to the Tracking tab, and click the Edit button next to the relevant record.
