Agreement information can be viewed in either calendar or table format.

When an employee’s allocation on a project is 100%, the fill color is solid; if it’s less than 100%, the line appears as dashed. An orange fill indicates missing financial information for an employee—this may occur if an agreement is set in the Planning section, and additional data needs to be added.

The system also allows adjustments to the agreement through the Edit and Split options, which appear when you click on the specific agreement within the project.

The Edit option should be used to adjust the dates of an agreement. If you change the rate or payment type using this option, it will apply the update across the entire agreement period.

If an employee’s rate or allocation percentage changes during the project, the Split option should be used to accurately reflect this adjustment in the system.

The system also provides an option to add a percentage covered by the client for leave and sick days under the Vacations/sick leaves covered by client function in the agreement. When this checkbox is selected, a field for entering the percentage automatically appears.

In this example, we previously tracked 176 hours and allocated 8 hours of leave to an employee for a specific period. Since we previously marked that the client covers 80% of leave or sick time, the system calculates the number of hours and the corresponding amount based on the developer’s rate on the project at the next step of invoice generation.

When generating the invoice, we see that an additional 6 hours and 24 minutes are billed to the client, covering 80% of the used time off.
