To monitor accounts receivable by clients, the system includes an Accounts Receivable Report. This report displays the outstanding amounts at the beginning and end of a selected period, along with the difference between these values (“was” and “now”).

The report can be customized to meet specific needs. The system allows data grouping by:

Account Manager

Project Manager

Project

Client

This functionality helps analyze which account or project managers perform best in managing accounts receivable.

Interface Overview

The report is generated for a specific period. On the right side of the page, there is a Period Picker, where the user can select the time frame for which the receivables data should be summarized.

In the right part of the report, filters for Client and Project have been added.

After the user sets the parameters, the system generates the report.

The page contains a table, which is divided into tabs for ease of use. Each tab offers a specific level of detail:

Debt Zone > Client > Project > Invoice

Client > Debt Zone > Project > Invoice

Project Manager > Debt Zone > Project > Invoice

Account Manager > Debt Zone > Project > Invoice

This means that when generating a report, for example, on the total debt amounts (Debt Zone), the report can be expanded to show details by client, then by projects, and down to individual invoices.

All debts are categorized into zones:

Green zone (base delay) – No outstanding debt; this zone includes invoices that have just been issued and should be paid within 15 days. The number of days can be customized.

Yellow zone (0-14 days) – Debt is between 0 and 14 days overdue.

Orange zone (> 14 days) – Debt is more than 14 days overdue.

Red zone (> 30 days) – Debt is more than 30 days overdue.

Black zone (> 60 days) – Represents the longest overdue period, over 60 days.

At the end of the table, there is a Total row, which is recalculated when filters are applied.
