Team performance report
The report provides an opportunity to analyze the effectiveness of the candidate selection process for vacancies based on their movement between stages.
Interface Overview
In the Number of Changes column of the report, you can see the total number of movements across the vacancy board. Stages can break these data down, recruiters, sources, and vacancies.
The Only Unique Actions option allows you to exclude duplicates, such as when the same candidate was mistakenly moved to the same stage multiple times.
Additionally, the report calculates key metrics, including:
Metric
Description
Vacancy closed
The number of vacancies successfully closed with the status Filled, meaning a new employee was hired.
Closed in time
The percentage of vacancies closed before the deadline specified in the vacancy’s details.
Offer in time
The percentage of vacancies where the closure record was made before the specified deadline, even if the actual closure date was after the deadline.
